press and hold n, c, v, z, s keys for foreign letter options

Also split the keyboard by simply dragging the keyboard in opposite outward directions. Or, drag the keyboard symbol up the screen. Try it!
Need to make something Bold, italicized, or Underlined? Long-tap on the selected text and choose the B/i/U icon to choose the style you wish
'flick' comma to get apostrophe
'flick' period to get quotes
Double tap space bar to add a period and a space
Double tap Shift key (up arrow) to lock it - aka CAPS lock

Gestures should be on by default: Settings>General>Multitouch Gestures>On
Drag four fingers up to reveal applications bar

Predictive text, those suggested words above the keyboard, can be turn on or off a couple different ways. The easiest - Long-tap the glob icon to the left of the keyboard. There you'll see the on/off toggle for Predictive text.
In Safari:
Hold . (period) to see domain options. A long-ish tap and release yields the .com option
Hold the back arrow (top left corner) to see specific past pages
Hold the forward arrow (top left corner) to specific previous pages
Tap the + to ass a new tab. Tap and HOLD the + to see past closed tabs
(Tap and hold a word to see Define option)
Tap the URL to see the full url instead of just the domain
Share icon now allows you to send the web page to a Note. (Or other apps)
